We now offer handy kits of this pattern. All kits include enough yarn to make these lovely socks along with the pattern, a limited edition button badge and a fab project bag to keep it all safe. Happy knitting!
The Exmoor Slipper Socks pattern is designed by our friend Emily Foden. Click here if you’d like to buy just the pattern, without the yarn.
These cosy slipper socks are knitted with two strands of Exmoor Sock 4ply held together. Our sample uses two different shades, creating a playful marl. Stripes in the cuff as well as the heel and toe are knit in solid colours for contrast. The same colour could easily be used throughout for solid socks, or two shades with more contrast to create a bolder marl effect. The simple, top-down construction of these socks makes them quick and fun to knit; great for a beginner sock knitter!
Yarn
kit includes 4 skeins in the colours of your choice. This is enough to make all sizes given.
