Needlefelt Yourself a Sheep with Kate Eldridge
Join Kate, an experienced craft tutor, and introduce yourself to this fun and creative craft. In this workshop you’ll learn about various types of fibre and how best to needlefelt them. You’ll get up close and personal with a selection of fabulous British fibres, including curly locks from British longwool sheep. Choose from a range of delightful natural colours and create your own unique and characterful sheep friend.
This is a great starter project that will get you hooked on needlefelting! All materials and use of tools and equipment are included (please note that needlefelting needles are very sharp) and Kate will guide you through every step, answering questions and sharing her knowledge along the way.
Skill Level Information (what will be covered): Suitable for adults and teenagers with no prior experience required.
What is included? Wool tops, including curly locks will be provided as class materials, plus all needles and foam – these tools will then be yours to take away with you for future needlefelted creations. You will also receive a voucher for a beverage of your choosing from the pop-up MOW café.
