The beautiful scarf is designed by Amy Van De Laar, of Baroque Purls. Click here if you’d like to buy the pattern on Ravelry and Click Here if you would prefer PayHip. The scarf is a pattern of squishy goodness, knit up in cosy Yarnadelic Worsted.
Observatory Gate is a wide cabled scarf inspired by an intricate wrought-iron gate in Melbourne’s Royal Botanic Gardens, which marks the way to the old Melbourne Observatory. The scarf’s all-over cable pattern ebbs and flows over a background of reverse stockinette, creating a thick and cosy wrap perfect for winter walks.
