Positivity Spiral Cowl – by Fay Dashper-Hughes

£5.00

This one-skein, crocheted cowl pattern has a simple 16 stitch and 8 round repeat which makes it easy to memorize and creates a simple and elegant piece. It uses filet crochet to create lace holes that work up in a spiral around the cowl, alongside Herringbone Trebles that create a flat, drapey fabric.

The pattern gives hook sizes, gauge information, estimated circumference and depth of finished object over seven yarn weights (heavily laceweight, 4ply/fingering, heavy 4 ply/fingering, sportweight, DK, aran/worsted, chunky/bulky).

One 100g skein of any weight from heavy laceweight to chunky. You can create whatever fabric density you like and in any fibre of your choice, so long as you like the resulting fabric.
