We now offer handy kits of this pattern. All kits include enough yarn to make these lovely socks along with a limited edition button badge and a fab project bag to keep it all safe. Happy knitting!
The Why Knot Socks pattern is a beauty designed by Sonja Bargielowska, one of our fab Mill Folk. Click here if you’d like to buy the pattern, as we don’t currently stock it.
If you fancy a sock with simple construction, some relaxing stockinette and a wee bit of colourwork to keep your mind active, the Why Knot Socks are going to be right up your street. These socks are knitted top down, with optional stranded colourwork motifs on both the cuffs and feet. Using our trusty Exmoor Sock yarn, you’ll be able to let your imagination run riot with colour combos. We’ve included some of our favourites below. However, as ‘Mizzle’ is currently unavailable, we have tweaked some of the combinations.
