1 rep of cable pattern measures 7cm / 2.75” x 2.5cm / 1” over 22 sts x 8 rnds.

Version 1
3.5mm (UK 9/10 / US 4) knitting needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round

Version 2
3mm (UK 11 / US 2/3) knitting needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round

4 stitch markers (including 1 unique marker), cable needle, length of smooth waste yarn in contrast colour, darning needle

Pattern Notes

These socks are knitted from the toe up with an afterthought heel. They feature a cable panel motif and broken rib for extra bounce and warmth. Sonja has designed these thick socks to be warm and a little slouchy – perfect for wearing around the house.
