Meet the Mill Folk — Ginette
Ginette packs all our orders here at the Mill – if you’ve ever ordered from us you’ve probably had a postcard from her!
How long have you been working at Jarbon?
About 14 years now, originally at the shop in Lynton and now at the Mill in South Molton.
What is your favourite treat to snack on at work?
I love a crisp!
What do you get up to when you’re not at work?
I play the flute, do some drawing and a bit of writing.
What music / audiobook / podcast do you like to listen to while you work?
I love ‘A Good Read’ on BBC Radio 4 – I’m always being introduced to new books I’d never heard of.
What’s your favourite season in North Devon?
I love all the seasons as the landscape is constantly changing. If I had to pick one it would be the end of summer when the sea is still warm!
Describe working at John Arbon Textiles in five words:
Busy, noisy, friendly, colourful and fluxious.
