Our Mill in South Molton is one of only a handful of small-scale worsted spinning Mills still operating in the UK. One of our favourite things about our Mill Open Weekend is that our visitors can come and take a tour of the Mill to meet our wonderful vintage machines including Drucilla (whose very photogenic range indicator gauge often graces the pages of our website), Ralph, Gino and Kevin. Yes, they all have names!

Each tour offers the opportunity to wander around the Mill, soak everything up, and ask as many questions as you fancy. We like to think that all this special attention helps those venerable old machines run more smoothly throughout the rest of the year!
