Yarndale unpacked…

We are finally unpacked from Yarndale, and what a fab show it was! We love Yarndale and the beautiful Skipton countryside.

We took along brand new yarns and tops to show you lovely folk… our new Merino / Zwartbles colour blended tops, with samples of the brand new yarn range of the same fibre blend family ‘Harvest Hues’. It is designed by Frankie of the mill (Francesca Hughes) and the small initial run is currently only available to Mill Members, on the secret page. However it does feature in the new catalogue (coming soon) and will be on the website for all to have a look at come early November.

If you are a woolly show regular you will recognise the ‘Pomegranate’ and ‘Bracken’ tops (formally known as Fibre Starter)

And with us on our trip to Yarndale we also had the lovely Viola – Emily Foden. She is currently on hols from Canada. And she took some fab photos at the show, so here is our Yarndale experience…

We were very happy to hand over the best stand trophy that we won last year to the wonderful Little Grey Sheep who won it this year. They have the most beautiful fibre (which we spin into yarn for them) and eye for colour and we were thrilled they won.

Our next show is Bath Christmas Market, where we have lots and lots of socks in a lovely chalet. It runs from 26th November to 13th December. And will be the most magical Christmas market, packed full of gorgeous Christmas gifts in chalets dotted around the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey.
